The Alaska Food System Network Gathering brings together Alaska’s food community every quarter. Hosted by the Alaska Food Policy Council, these gatherings connect community leaders, farmers, food businesses, enthusiasts, and everyone in between. Born from a desire for more frequent food system connections, these meetups foster collaboration, share best practices, and tackle Alaska’s unique food challenges and opportunities.
Our next gathering is on January 23 from 11:30 AM to 1 PM via Zoom. Each meetup features a different focus and topics based on group interests. This quarter, we’ll be joined by guest speakers from the Alaska Division of Agriculture and the Alaska Small Business Development Center who will share information about some of the grant opportunities they offer. Come ready to learn with us and meet others working in the Alaska food system!
