Arctic Village: Canning Workshops

Interested in food preservation? This workshop is for you! In this couple hour workshop we will can salmon and jam, in doing so, we will review pressure canning and waterbath canning techniques and safe practices.
This workshop will take place on Monday July 7th at 1pm in the Arctic Village Community Hall.
