Join the Alaska Tribes Extension Program for an afternoon full of canning salmon, and pickling vegetables. In doing so, we will review pressure canning and water bath canning techniques and safe practices. This workshop will take place at 1pm Wednesday September 17th in the Healy Lake Community Hall.
