We’re Hiring! Join Our Team as a Program Coordinator at Alaska Seeds of Change! Do you have a passion for youth development and sustainable agriculture? We’re looking for a dedicated Program Coordinator to help our young participants grow personally and professionally in a supportive, hands-on environment.
As a Program Coordinator, you’ll: 
Lead and mentor youth apprentices, helping them build valuable life and work skills. Oversee daily program activities in our hydroponic greenhouse and urban gardens. Collaborate with our vocational and clinical teams to ensure a well-rounded experience for our participants. Coordinate meaningful partnerships with local organizations and support our community initiatives.
