We’re Hiring! Join Our Team as a Shift Lead at Alaska Seeds of Change! Are you passionate about agriculture and supporting youth in a hands-on, dynamic environment? Alaska Seeds of Change is looking for a dedicated peer Shift Lead to help guide and mentor young apprentices (13 – 23) as they grow personally and professionally.
As a Shift Lead, you’ll:
Assist with daily operations in our hydroponic greenhouse and outdoor gardens. Mentor and lead youth apprentices, helping them build valuable life and work skills.
