The Food Festival is a fun and educational event for the whole family. The Food Festival includes Alaska food vendors and products to try and buy, food demonstrations, and hands-on interactive workshops on raising, harvesting and preparing food. Please note, some workshops may charge an additional fee to cover materials. Fee includes breakfast and lunch featuring Alaska food products.

Draft Agenda includes an introduction from Johanna Herron (Alaska Division of Agriculture), and overview of our 2018 efforts and grant funding, followed by a strategic planning session led by Farmers Market Coalition’s Executive Director, Ben Feldman.

Homer is 225 miles south of Anchorage, a 4-5 hour drive depending on the time of year.
